Brainspotting Phase 1 Training Indianapolis

Brainspotting is a powerful brain-body-mindfulness-based relational therapy used for the treatment of trauma as well as personal growth and expansion. Brainspotting is an open, integrative model, which can be used with other treatment models and adapted to many different populations and areas of specialization. This training is available to all mental health counselors, marriage and family therapists, social workers, psychologists, addiction counselors, as well as students and interns.
This 3-day Brainspotting training will include:
- lecture, live demonstrations, and individual practice as therapist and client
- four core Brainspotting techniques
- foundational components of Brainspotting practice
- research that supports Brainspotting
- Brainspotting history
Training Objectives:
- Define the components of Brainspotting
- Utilize the techniques of “Inside window”, “Outside window” and “Gazespotting” and “Body Resource” Brainspotting
- Define how Brainspotting can be applied to Trauma, Sports Performance Problems, Dissociation and Somatic conditions
- Demonstrate the theory and practice of Brainspotting
This training will be held at The Green House at 447 E 38th Street, Indianapolis, 46205, 9am-6pm each day. Early bird registration will be available until December 31st, 11:59pm ET. Regular registration will be available until March 31st, 11:59pm ET.
